At Llys Gwyn, the rights of residents are fundamental to our philosophy of care and we aim to encourage our residents to exercise those rights to the full.
The home provides professional care and support in a friendly and homely environment. Each resident’s care is planned individually. Staff respect personal rights and privacy and will respond to individual needs. The home has a designated activities coordinator who concentrates on providing a tailored programme of stimulating and entertaining activities for each resident taking into account their particular ability levels and needs. |
