The home has friendly dedicated team who are all direct employees, thus ensuring continuity of care and facilitating a family atmosphere.
All staff undergo specialist training in order to ensure sensitive and appropriate care. The Manager recognises that without the commitment of her staff it would not be possible to provide quality care and meet the aims and objectives of the home.
Staff works on a shift system to provide twenty-four-hour care. In order for residents to have their preferred choice of carer, male and female care staff are employed. The home operates a key worker system.

Dr Ashok Bansal (Registered Provider)
The manager is supported by a "Head of Care" and also Dr Bansal senior management team, comprising an experienced care management consultant and operations managers.
Dr. Bansal, MBBS, has a diploma in Tropical Medicine and a diploma in Management. He has worked for the last seven years in the Independent Care Sector as a care home provider.

Mrs Marcella Taylor (Home Manager)

The Manager, Mrs Marcella Taylor has over 23 years experience in the Care Industry, the last 3years as a Care Manager in Older Peoples Services.

Marcella completed her NVQ 4 leadership and Management of a Care service in December 2012 and is a Member of the Care Council of Wales.
